If you have blocked your password, you will either have to request a one-time password via SMS or visit one of our branches to receive a new password.
If you made three failed attempts to login via COOP Mobile, when providing the password input, you have the two options as described below:

Option Α – Use a one-time password received via SMS

Step 1
A message titled "Blocked Account" will appear. You should click on the link "Receive a one-time password via SMS on your mobile".
Step 2
Next, a message is displayed asking if you are ready to receive the one-time password OTP via SMS. Select "OK".
Step 3
The six-digit one-time password will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided upon your registration to the Internet Banking service. Enter this one-time password and select "Submit".
Step 4
In the next screen you should provide your password and select "Submit". This is the password you are also using to enter the internet banking service of the Cyprus Cooperative Bank. After this step your login to the application will be completed and you will see the Quick Links menu.

Option B: Visit a CCB branch
If you do not want to receive a one-time password via SMS, you should visit one of our branches and request a password re-issuance to allow you access to this service. When visiting the branch remember to bring your identity card or driver's license with you, as it is required to confirm your identity.

Follow the steps below to install the Mobile Application on your mobile device:
  1. Go to your phone's menu.
  2. On an Android device, open the Google Play Store app On an iOS device, open the App store And search COOP Mobile.

  3. When the COOP Mobile page appears, select "Install".
  4. In the window that appears, select the activation of your location services. The app will be installed on your mobile device.
  5. Select "Open" or select the COOP Mobile icon on your mobile device display to enter the application.

  2. Search for the COOP Mobile application.

After finishing the process described above (either Option A or B), you should check that you are connected to the internet by using a web browsing application. For example, you can search for the term Cyprus Cooperative Bank; if the search returns results then you are online. If your search does not return results or you see an error message then wait a few minutes and repeat steps 1-3.

Alternatively, if no secure Wi-Fi connection is available at your location, you can connect to the internet using 3G/4G Mobile Data.

  1. Go to "Settings" of your mobile device.
  2. Select the category "Connections" and then click on "Data Usage".
  3. At the "Mobile data" option swipe to the right to activate.

After finishing the process described above (either Option A or B), you should check that you are connected to the internet by using a web browsing application. For example, you can search for the term Cyprus Cooperative Bank, if the search returns results, then you are online. If your search does not return results or you see an error message then wait a few minutes and repeat steps 1-3.

Sign in to Mobile Banking by selecting "Login" on the COOP Mobile homepage. Make sure you have everything you need to use COOP Mobile here.
Please make sure of the following:
  1. You own a mobile phone or tablet with an Apple iOS or Android operating system.
  2. You are a subscriber to i-Banking
  3. You have your i-Banking subscriber ID and password on hand

The first time you wish to see the Branches / ATM tracker the application will seek access to your location data will ask for your permission to do so. Select "Allow" in the message that will pop up on screen. If on opening the application for the first time you did not choose to be allowed entry, you need to turn on the location service yourself by following the procedure below:
  1. Go to "Settings".
  2. Select "Privacy", then "Location Services".
  3. Flip the switch, on the upper right - hand corner of the screen, to turn on your location.
  4. Next, scroll down to find the application. Select the application, making sure that Location Services are turned on while using the application.

When location services on your mobile device are turned on, you will have to be able to view the branches and ATMs located near you. If, for example, your location services are on and you are in Paphos, select branch / ATMs via the application and a map will appear with you at the centre and displaying all the points in your vicinity.

  1. Select "Settings".
  2. Tap "General", then tap "Reset".
  3. Select "Reset Location & Privacy".

  2. Charges by the mobile phone service provider. These charges do not depend on the Cyprus Cooperative Bank but on the Internet connection package in use.
The "Terms & Conditions" file and the "SEPA Countries" file can be opened via the default web browser used on your mobile device. It may be that your default web browser does not support the application in question. It is recommended that you install another web browser and set it as your default browser.
