One of the primary objectives of the Co-operative Central Bank and its affiliated CCIs is to offer service of the best possible quality and to satisfy the needs of its clients through  capable, well trained and enthusiastic human resources, characterised by the principles of integrity and professionalism.

This Employee Code of Conduct sets the framework within which every member of staff must conduct themselves, always having in mind that he/she reflects the image of the Bank and the CCIs as well as of the Co-operative Movement as a whole.
